Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold a three-building, 75-unit multifamily portfolio at 1809-1811 Humphrey St. in Kalamazoo, Michigan, as well as 133 North Riverview Drive and 143 North Riverview Drive in Parchment, Michigan.
The seller, Tustin Properties, sold the portfolio to Kalamazoo Properties 17, LLC.
