Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has taken over management of two properties and the receivership of another totaling more than 320,000 square feet in Arizona and Ohio.
The properties under management include Tri Pointe Plaza, a six-building 164,000-square-foot office portfolio in Tuscan, Ariz., and Seaway Marketplace, a former 54,660-square-foot grocery store in Toledo, Ohio.
The property in receivership, Kemper Pointe in Cincinnati, is a 100,924-square-foot office building.
The office and retail properties add to Friedman’s expanding Western and Midwestern management portfolio.
