Jeremiah Preston has joined Friedman Real Estate‘s Detroit office as Senior Vice President, Brokerage Services.
Preston has been the lead listing agent on properties ranging from 1,000 square feet to portfolios of more than 2 million square feet and has represented tenants with requirements ranging in size from 500 square feet to more than 150,000 square feet throughout the state of Michigan and beyond.
Additionally, Preston has been responsible for overseeing entire real estate portfolios for tenants throughout Michigan.
Notable clients include Allison Transmission, Better Business Bureau of Southeast Michigan, Dynamic Aerospace and Defense, Hospice of Michigan, I3 Logic, Kuhnhenn Brewing, Leggett Platt Automotive, Lusk Albertson Law Firm, Republic National Distributing, Rehmann, RouteOne, Secure-24, CFM Properties, Etkin Equities, Hantz Group, Iron Point Partners, and Realta Group.
