Frontline Real Estate Partners has purchased a 50,000-square-foot industrial building located at 707 Remington Road in Schaumburg. John Sharpe, principal, and Ronan Remandaban, senior associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented the seller, Rubin Development, in the transaction.
Separately, Sergio Chapa, vice president, and Jim Kettinger Jr., associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented MK Fabrications LLC in its lease of 11,135 square feet of industrial space located at 6919 51st St. in Kenosha, Wis. Paul McBride of RFP Commercial represented building ownership, Southport Heating, in the transaction.
