Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office adds partner

Beth Freemal has joined Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati office as a partner in the Real Estate practice group.

Freemal joins FBT from her role as general counsel for a national real estate investment company, where she directed all legal operations for a portfolio spanning more than 100 downtown parking facilities, 16 off-airport locations, and over two million square feet of warehouse space. Her experience covers the full spectrum of real estate and finance, from structuring multimillion-dollar acquisitions and sales to advising on commercial lending, securitization, and structured finance transactions.

A respected leader in both her profession and community, Freemal has earned numerous distinctions for her impact and leadership, including the Ohio Women’s Conference Glass Ceiling Award and the Cincinnati YWCA Rising Star distinction. She is an alumna of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s WE Lead Program and has served on several community boards, including McAuley High School and TimeLine Theatre Company.
