CBRE announced that McKnight Realty Partners has leased 31,924 square feet to Fullerton Engineering Consultants, Inc., at 1100 E. Woodfield in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Fullerton provides design and engineering solutions for all generations of wireless technologies and network and infrastructure providers nationwide. Its new corporate headquarters will occupy the 5th floor and have access to three separate private balconies overlooking the lake at the 103-acre Woodfield Lake Office Park.
Mark Smith and Bill Saviski of CBRE represented McKnight in the transaction. Fullerton Engineering was represented by Wayne Shulman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
