Greenstone Partners has announced the sale of a 100% leased mixed‐use property at 937‐939 W Randolph Street in the Fulton Market/West Loop neighborhood. The 9,000-square-foot property is a multi‐tenant retail and office building along Chicago’s Restaurant Row.
Danny Spitz, CEO and managing partner at Greenstone Partners represented the buyer in the transaction, and Vicki Soupos of ReMax/Destiny exclusively represented the seller.
One of the vacancies filled in the mid‐block property along Restaurant Row was for Stephanie Izard’s new test kitchen and event space that opened in 2021, along with the adjacent retail leased since 2016 by Ora Dental.
The buyer, a private out‐of‐state investor, bought the building as a long‐term investment based on the location and quality of the building and tenants.
