Activity just keeps pouring in to Chicago’s Fulton Market District. This next project calls for ground-up construction—MAB Capital Management has picked Reed Construction to complete a new, mixed-use project at 450 N. Morgan Street.
The 52,000-square-foot building will rise five stories tall and will be built on a 13,700-square-foot site being developed by MAB Capital Management. The project will consist of office and retail space, as well as 50 indoor parking spots.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter with an completion anticipated for early 2017.
Reed Construction Senior Project Manager, Jack Sbertoli, will lead the team. Brock Reckelhoff is the project engineer and Jim Blake is the senior project superintendent. Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) is serving as the owner’s representative. Architectural services are being provided by Pappageorge Haymes Partners.
