Scott Maesel, Drew Dillon, Chad Schroedl, Adam Thomas and Logan Parsons of the Urban Team of SVN | Chicago Commercial successfully secured the sale of a multimillion-dollar Fulton Market portfolio. The portfolio is comprised of four buildings and deeded parking spaces located on 1144 W. Fulton St., 1101 W. Fulton St., 220 N. Aberdeen St., 112 N. May St. and 351 N. May St., respectively.
Totaling over 76,000 square feet, the four historic office/retail loft buildings feature heavy timber and brick construction in prime Fulton Market / West Loop locations and parking for up to 58 cars.
The Urban Team of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the Seller involved in the transaction. The Urban Team generated multiple offers for their long-time client to maximize the value of the assets. The portfolio ultimately sold for $33,500,000.
