Gander Outdoors and Camping World will anchor and kick-off the leasing of the remaining commercial lots at Steeple Bay, a mixed-use development in Wichita, Kansas.
Triple Crown Realty Trust owns Steeple Bay. The development is located in Wichita’s CrossGate District at MacArthur Road and Seneca.
The Camping World facility will be one of the first next-gen stores in the chain to be rolled out across the country. It cover 33,000 square feet. Gander Outdoors will be 44,000 square feet.
Steeple Bay now has 17 commerical parcels remaining for retail, restaurants, daily-need service providers and lodging.
AREA Real Estate Advisors is handling sales and leasing for Steeple Bay.
