Gantry arranged a $7,400,000 loan to refinance Houston Woodlands 45, a 63,373-square-foot, multi-tenant office building located just north of Houston. Patrick Barkley, Principal, and Chad Metzger, senior associate, in Gantry’s Phoenix office, arranged the permanent financing with a correspondent life insurance company.
