CBRE expands its Chicago Valuation & Advisory Services group with the addition of Gary K. DeClark, MAI, CRE, FRICS, as Senior Vice President.

Gary DeClark and his team will expand the existing litigation support and consulting capabilities of CBRE’s Chicago office, which is currently comprised of 30 appraisal professionals, including 10 who hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
