Overland Park, Kansas-based Gasperi Group Commercial Real Estate recently helped sports apparel company Rally House close a retail ease in Wichita, Kansas.
Steve Gasperi of Gasperi Group represented the tenant, Rally House, in leasing 4,429 square feet from New Market, LLC at 2441 N. Maize Road in Wichita.
Chris Newmark and Ted Clancy with CBRE represented the landlord.
