Gaughan Companies/CORFAC International’s Lou Suski and John Chirhart completed the sale of a 29,840-square-foot industrial property for $1.1 million in Big Lake, Minn.
Suski and Chirhart represented the seller in the deal, TSC Development, LLC. The buyer was FCB Properties, LLC, an operating entity for tube and pipe fabricating company Flour City Bending, Inc.
The manufacturing facility is located in the Big Lake Industrial Park at the corner of U.S. Highway 10 and Industrial Drive. Flour City Bending recently occupied the property and moved from about 15,000 square feet of space in Becker, Minn.
