Gaughan Construction recently broke ground on a two-building office and medical project in Forest Lake, Minnesota.
City Center Commons is the first “ground-up” construction project that Gaughan Construction has developed in recent years.
The new building will be located along Highway 61 adjacent to the recently built Forest Lake City Center Building. Construction is scheduled for comletion in the fourth quarter of 2015 or first quarter of 2016.
Keller Williams has signed a lease for the 8,000-square-foot office building, and will be the property’s sole tenant. Maplewood Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Thrifty White will anchor the adjacent 11,000-square-foot building.
