GBT Realty Corporation has completed Parke West, a 15-story, mixed-use development. Located in Nashville’s West End neighborhood and ready for occupancy, the community includes a dual-branded hotel, luxury apartment homes and ground-floor retail spaces.
Residential leasing launched this summer with occupancy already approaching 15%. The Hilton-branded hotel opened in October.
First to open its doors is the 15-story residential tower that includes 210 luxury units with a design-forward aesthetic and high-end features. The studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, designer fixtures and window treatments, high-end appliances and walk-in closets. Community amenities include an open-air dog run and dog washing station, coffee bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, club room with service kitchen and rooftop pool with sun deck. Starting at monthly rents of $1,865, residences are now available.
The residential tower also includes about 11,000 square feet of street-level retail. Current leases include:
- Stride Fitness, a boutique fitness concept that focuses on treadmill-based workouts and backed by Xponential Fitness, the largest franchisor of boutique fitness brands (opening Spring 2023; 2,611 sq. ft.)
- Complexion, the second location for theNashville-based aesthetics and skincare boutique offering cutting-edge treatments from skilled practitioners along with an exclusive collection of custom skincare products. (opening Spring 2023; 3,030 sq. ft.)
The final component of Parke West is the nine-story, dual-branded Hilton hotel, which checked in its first guests in October. The hotel tower features 103 Hilton Garden Inn keys and 69 Home2Suites by Hilton keys with shared lobby and amenities. A lobby bar and restaurant, roof-top pool deck and approximately 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space offer a comfortable stay with conveniences.
This is the 13th hotel developed, owned and managed by Nashville-based Chartwell Hospitality since launching in the Nashville market in 2007.
Parke West is located in the city’s West End neighborhood, easily accessible via Interstates 440 and 40. Known for its nightlife, the district is home to nightclubs, international cuisine and music venues with easy access to downtown Nashville. The area serves a population of nearly 120,000 consumers with an average household income topping $105,000 within a three-mile radius.
