GBT Realty Corporation will develop Eden House, a luxury for-sale condominium building in Green Hills, an affluent suburban community south of Nashville, Tennessee.
Located at 2025 Richard Jones Road, the 16-story building features 111 homes for purchase with ground-breaking expected by early 2022.
In addition to the residences, at street level, Eden House features 8,800 square feet of restaurant and retail space that brings additional shopping and dining amenities to the community and its future owners.
