After demolishing the Firestone site at 1221 Broadway in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood, GBT Realty is unveiling new renderings for its new Class-A office tower to to be built here.

Gresham Smith & Partners are leading the architect and design duties, with Brasfield & Gorrie as general contractor. CBRE brokers Taylor Hillenmeyer, Janelle Gallagher, Frank Thomasson and Bryan Fort are marketing the site.

The new renderings of 1221 Broadway showcase a 10th-floor amenity deck and cafe that allows tenants to admire the Nashville skyline.

Total rentable square footage of the final design will fall between 365,000 and 500,000 square feet. The height will be from 23 to 27 stories. GBT Realty will lease about 7,000 square feet of retail space at ground level.
