Venture One Real Estate LLC, through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial II, LP, has closed on a 37,540-square-foot industrial building at 877 N. Larch in Elmhurst.
The building was purchased from GC Dies, which will lease it back from on a long-term basis.
The single-tenant industrial building is fully air-conditioned and has four loading docks, 3,900 square feet of high end office and parking for 60 cars.
Christopher Volkert of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
