GDI Companies has closed on the sale of 80 acres of ground in Hendricks County, Indiana, to Core5 Industrial Partners and is beginning construction on a 1.07-million-square-foot speculative warehouse building.
Construction is expected to be complete by June of 2020.
The property is located within Hendricks Gateway Park, a 215-acre industrial park at the southwest corner of the Interstate-70 interchange and State Route 39. This will be the first building built on the property.
The building will be cross-docked, have a 40-foot clear height, 50 dock positions, 468 trailer parking spaces and 874 car parking spaces.
