JLL announced that Generation Brands signed a new six-year sublease for 60,597 square feet of expansion space at 7320 N Linder Avenue in Skokie, Illinois.
Bruce McConnell and Mike Mangan of Savills-Studley represented the tenant while Kurt Sarbaugh and Robin Stolberg of JLL represented the sub-landlord, Woodward, Inc.
