DaVita Dialysis will soon join CVS, Sheesh Mediterranean Restaurant and Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialist at Kimco Realty Corporation’s Century Plaza in Livonia, Michigan.
DaVita Dialysis signed a lease for the 9,184-square-foot space, formally occupied by Fitness 19.
The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Larry Siedell, Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom represented the Kimco Realty Corporation. Niraj Sarda of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant, DaVita Dialysis.
The plaza is on the Northeast Corner of Newburgh Road and 5 Mile Road.
