Athletico Physical Therapy will soon be opening the chain’s first Westland, Michigan, location. Athletico signed a lease for the 3,964-square-foot end cap space at Bayview Plaza, formally occupied by Anytime Fitness.
The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Larry Siedell, Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom represented the landlord, and Luke Paterson of Swearingen Realty Group represented the tenant.
The plaza is on South Wayne Road, just south of Cherry Hill Road. There is only one available suite remaining at Bayview Plaza.
