Beyond Juice Juicery + Eatery will open its 15th southeast Michigan location at Beztak Properties’ new Uptown mixed-use development in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The new development is located at Ann Arbor-Saline Road and Oak Valley Drive.
Uptown will have more than 250 new townhomes and luxury lofts as well as 17,220 square feet of ground-level retail. Beyond Juice will occupy 1,600 square feet.
Billy Gershensen of the Gershenson Group represented Beyond Juice. The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy, Vicki Gutowski and Larry Siedell represented Beztak Properties in the deal.
