TrueREST Float Spa will soon open in the 2,525-square-foot former Christopher & Banks space at Broad Reach Retail Partners’ Shelby Corners shopping center at the northwest corner of Schoenherr and Hall Roads in Utica, Michigan.
This will be the chain’s second Michigan location. The first Michigan location opened 2016 in Farmington Hills.
Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented TrueREST in lease negotiations. TrueREST Utica is expected to open early Spring 2022.
