Gerdom Realty & Investment completed the leasing of Phase 1 at The Shops at Nottinghill Village in Shelby Township, Michigan.
Gerdom Realty & Investment leased the last 2,131 square feet of space to Devine Nails. Devine Nails will open in the third quarter of 2019.
Mike Murphy, Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord in the leasing of this space. Phase 2 offers up to 5,000 square feet with an endcap drive-thru.
