The long-standing Willson’s Pub ‘N Grill on Union Lake Road in Commerce Township, Michigan, has been sold to a local restaurant operator.
Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom with Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the seller in the transaction.
The 3,361-square-foot, 146-seat restaurant located in the Shops at Commerce Village Shopping center will continue operations under new ownership.
