Tjader Gerdom and Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty represented Crispelli’s Bakery & Pizzeria in the lease of what will be the restaurant chain’s fourth location. This new location will be in Clarkston, Michigan.
Crispelli’s will join T-Mobile, Great Clips and Jersey Mike’s in the new Shoppe’s of Clarkston retail development at the northwest corner of M-15 (Main Street) and Dixie Highway in Clarkston. Crispelli’s will occupy the 3,892-square-foot west end cap.
Chris Jonna of CMP Real Estate Group represented the landlord in the deal.
