The Gerdom Realty and Investment team of Owen Kelly and Michael Murphy represented the landlord in leasing 1,400 square feet of retail space in Oak Park, Michigan, on Coolidge Highway, just south of I-696, to a local shoe cleaning service.
The anticipated opening date is early summer 2025.
