Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented Pita Way in securing 1,400 square feet at The Marketplace at Delta Township retail center in Lansing, Michigan.
The center is located at the southwest corner of Saginaw Highway and I-96/I-69. This is the sixth Pita Way location that Gerdom Realty and Investment has helped the tenant secure in the past year.
