The Gerdom Realty and Investment team of Michael Murphy and Owen Kelly represented the landlord in leasing 1,304 square feet of retail space at Canton Landings retail center in Canton, Michigan, to The UPS Store.
The center is located on Ford Road, between Sheldon and Canton Center Roads.
Lindsey Shaw of Mid-America Group represented the tenant. There is now only one space left available at the center.
