Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented L’Atelier Pilates in securing 1,312 square feet at Orchard 12 Plaza at the northwest corner of Orchard Lake and 12 Mile Roads in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
L’Atelier Pilates will be moving into the former iSweat Cycling and Fitness Studio space.
