Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented a local dance company in the purchase of a building in Brighton, Michigan, into which they will relocate their growing and successful business.
The 5,160-square-foot office building off Grand River Avenue will be renovated to make room for the new studio.
Trevor Brooks of KW Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
