The Gerdom Realty and Investment team of Jack Melton and Michael Murphy represented the landlord in leasing 900 square feet at the Park Plaza retail center in Clinton Township, Michigan, to M&K Smoke Shop and 2,400 square feet to The Card Vault.
The center is located on 15 Mile Road, just west of Little Mack Avenue. There is now only one space available at the plaza.
