Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented Crumbl Cookies in the leasing of new locations in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Crumbl will occupy 1,800 square feet at The Shops at Centerpoint in Grand Rapids and 1,500 square feet at Corner and Drake in Kalamazoo.
These are Crumbl’s second and third locations in the state and first locations in West Michigan. Mark Ansara and Earl Clements of Colliers International West Michigan represented the landlord in Grand Rapids. And Curt Aardema of AVB Inc. represented the landlord in Kalamazoo.
