The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy, Bill McLeod and Tjader Gerdom represented landlord Yono Properties in leasing 2,500 square feet in the Davison Village Center on M-15 (South State Street) just north of I-69 in Davison, Michigan.
iCandy took the space of the former Internet Cafe. There is now only one 2,750 square feet of vacant space at the center.
