The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Tjader Gerdom, Larry Siedell and Michael Murphy represented Shoe Sensation in the lease of 4,700 square feet in the Walmart shadow center on North Van Dyke Road in Bad Axe, Michigan.
Shoe Sensation will occupy the inline space formerly occupied by The Shoe Dept.
This is part of Shoe Sensation’s current expansion into county-seat type markets throughout the country.
