Gerdom Realty and Investment recently helped fill the last three vacancies at a two-story office building in Novi, Michigan.
Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty and Investment represented the landlord in the three transactions that brought the building at 44725 Grand River Ave. to full occupancy.
The most recent tenants to join the building are regional offices for OC Tanner and Desco Properties and a local property management company that relocated to the office building.
