Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord in leasing out two spaces at the Brookside Shopping Center in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Rehab Without Walls outpatient rehab services took a 3,200-square-foot space in the center, while Luma’s Fashion and Alteration took 1,600 square feet.
Both leases were signed in mid-January. Only one 10,220-square-foot vacancy remains at the Planet Fitness-anchored center.
