Gerdom Realty & Investment recently closed a lease for Biggby Coffee for its second location in Madison Heights, Mich.
The new store will be located on 11 Mile Road between Interstate-75 and John R Road.
The new Biggby Coffee will open in the 2,071 square feet formerly occupied by Albert’s Coney Island.
