Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented Domino’s Pizza in the signing of the retailer’s new Midtown Detroit location at the Studio One mixed-use development.
Domino’s Pizza will take 1,904 square feet of space on the ground floor of this development that also includes multiple stories of luxury apartments and other national retailers like Walgreens, Poke Poke, and The UPS Store, among others.
Greg Newman of Keystone Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the deal.
