Einstein Bros. Bagels has signed a lease for its first location in Rochester Hills, Mich.
The new store is opening at the site of a former Starbucks Coffee.
Larry Siedell and Vicki Gutkowski of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord and found the tenant in this transaction.
The new Einstein expects to be open in the summer of 2015.
