Michael Murphy, Tjader Gerdom and Haley Kelly of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented F45 Training in leasing the 2,100 square feet at Toledo, Ohio’s, Talmadge Town Center South retail center.
The center, owned by Tolson Enterprises, is a pad site to Franklin Park Mall. F45 Training now has locations in almost all 50 states.
