Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord in leasing 8,000 square feet at Warren, Michigan’s Pickwick Plaza retail center to Big Discount Lot, a liquidation sales retailer.
Pickwick Plaza is located at the southeast corner of 12 Mile Road and Schoenherr Road.
There is still space available for lease at the center.
