The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy and Jack Melton represented the landlord in leasing the 2,800-square-foot space at Livonia, Michigan’s LA Plaza to Papa Romano’s Pizza/Mr. Pita.
LA Plaza is located on Plymouth Road, just east of Levan.
This will be the first Papa Romano’s Pizza/Mr. Pita in the area with sit-in dining and potential beer/wine service.
