Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment, along with Sean Kipp of Texas-based Ranger Retail Partners, represented Forefront Restaurant Group’s Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood Restaurant in the signing of three leases in Southeast Michigan.
Hook & Reel will take former Logan’s Steakhouse restaurants in Livonia and Canton, Michigan. The group also signed a lease at the former Ruby Tuesday in Roseville, Michigan, at Gratiot Avenue and 13 Mile Road.
All three locations are expected to open by year end 2021.
