Bill McLeod of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the buyer in the purchase of the 10,772-square-foot Bankers Square office building on the northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Clinton Street in downtown Howell, Michigan.
Howell Orthodontics will occupy a portion of the building as well as KNE Realty.
