The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Tjader Gerdom and Michael Murphy represented the landlord in leasing the 2,250-square-foot space at West Bloomfield, Michigan’s Boardwalk Shopping Center to Bodenvy, a CoolSculpting and wellness center.
This will be the retailer’s first Michigan location.
