Michael Murphy and Bill McLeod of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented buyer Shango Properties in acquiring two properties on Grand River Avenue in Farmington Hills, Michigan, just west of Middlebelt Road.
The properties will be part of a redevelopment that includes portions of the West River Shopping Center.
Plans include new retail with a drive-thru opportunity.
