Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented Motor City Floors and Coatings in the purchase of the company’s new headquarters on Grand River Avenue in Novi, Michigan.
The new facility is 8,180 square feet on 1.14 acres. The company, specializing in innovative concrete coatings for residential, commercial, or industrial uses, is moving from Commerce Township.
